Welcome to Kindrille. By accessing and using the Kindrille app, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kindrille is a kindness and appreciation messaging app for iOS. The Service allows users to send heartfelt messages, themed tokens, and meaningful surprises to family, friends, and partners to express gratitude and strengthen relationships.

3. Account Registration

To use Kindrille, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain one account per person (no duplicate or false accounts)
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• Keep your account information secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

4. Subscription & Billing

Kindrille offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $3.99 USD per month
• Yearly Plan: $29.99 USD per year

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew according to the plan you selected. Billing occurs through the Apple App Store.

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your iOS Settings. Simply visit Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Kindrille > Cancel Subscription. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kindrille for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Specifically, you will not:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users
• Post or share hate speech, discrimination, or content that demeans individuals or groups
• Spam, flood, or send unsolicited messages
• Share explicit, abusive, or sexually inappropriate content
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to unauthorized access to Kindrille's systems or data
• Send messages that are not genuine expressions of appreciation or kindness

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create and share through Kindrille, including messages and tokens. However, you grant Kindrille a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not share confidential, personal, or sensitive information you do not wish to be stored by Kindrille or seen by recipients.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Kindrille name, logo, stamp mark, design, and all related trademarks are owned by Kindrille and protected under trademark law. You may not use these marks without our express written permission. The Service and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, layout, and graphics) are owned by Kindrille.

9. Termination

Kindrille reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in unlawful activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination may be immediate and without notice in cases of serious violations.

10. Disclaimers

Kindrille is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kindrille does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindrille disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindrille shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall Kindrille's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to These Terms

Kindrille may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
